Policies

Tuition 

Tuition fees are due Monthly on the first of each month based on the class selected. You may pay by cash or check before the 1st of the month, or you will be charged on the card on file. You may cancel your class with a written notice only to royaltyathleticsllchsv@gmail.com. 

 

Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the cancellation date, or you will be billed for the following month- No EXCEPTIONS. No cancellations for classes will be accepted over the phone without written confirmation. 

 

We offer discounts off all siblings and multi-classes. Late fees of 20% apply to any account overdue by 7 days. * All athletes and trial enrollments must be registered members of Royalty Athletics.*

 

Royalty Athletics requires a non-refundable annual $40 membership fee. Annual memberships are automatically billed to the card on file to all active students unless written confirmation of cancellation is made to royaltyathleticsllchsv@gmail.com. No Exceptions. Annual memberships ensure that athletes get the best quality equipment and upkeep of the facility.

 

Royalty athletics is happy to refund any unused fees for classes, camps, or parties within 30 days advance notice and written confirmation. All refunds requested after the class has passed or canceled are not eligible for refund. Registration fees, uniform, membership fees, performance fees, and competition fees are non-refundable. 

 

Any deposits and reservation fees are non-refundable but may be transferred within 7 days of advance notice in writing. Please contact royaltyathleticsllchsv@gmial.com for more info.

 

Royalty Athletics charges credit cards for unpaid balances on a monthly basis on the 1st and 15th of each month. You may purchase apparel on your account via our website www.royaltyathleticsllc.com. Classes are prorated based upon closed dates and beginning and end of the term. 

 

Late Pick Ups 

If you are going to be late to pick up your child. Please call or text 256-384-8189 to notify us of the change of plans. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be charged $5/per every  5 minutes for a staff member to supervise your child. 

 

Makeups

Makeups are allowed per session and only may be scheduled in advance of absences via email to royaltyathleticsllchsv@gmail.com . Must have at least 24 hrs notice prior to the absence, unless emergency deemed by management. 

 

Private lessons 

Private lessons require payment at the time of booking and a 24 hr advance notice of cancellation in writing via email or a 100% charge will be processed. All completed and booked private lessons will be on your calendar, our calendar, and your coaches to prevent confusion. Please be sure to check your calendar to confirm time and dates prior to the lesson. Please submit all requests to royaltyathleticsllchsv@gmail.com.

 

Royalty Athletics reserves the right to terminate a student or family membership at any time at our discretion. 

 

Early Care & Learning Exemption Acknowledgement 

Royalty Athletics LLC is not a licensed child care facility. Members of Royalty aThletics understand that we are not required to be licensed by the Alabama Department of Early child care and development and our program are exempt from the state license requirements. 

 

Lost and found 

We will keep lost items in our possession for a 2 week period. After 2 weeks, any left item will be donated to a local charity of our discretion. Should you leave an item at any location, please email royaltyathleticsllchsv@gmail.com to confirm or schedule a pick-up time to retrieve any lost items. Royalty athletics is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
